Parenting is tough. We know because we've been there too—overwhelmed, tired, and constantly wondering if we were doing it “right.” We are here to help guide you through the wild ride of parenthood and sleep, especially when it feels like everything is out of your control. Let’s work together to help you and your little one find balance, peace, and a little bit of sleep, without crying it out.

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY

At Solstice Counselling, we work to improve an athlete’s mental skills, and also assist in the
more clinical aspects of mental health including anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, sleep
issues, and pain and injury management. This provides you with a comprehensive training
program that covers all aspects of overall health and wellness as an athlete body and mind.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Emily and Brittney are master level counsellors and Baby-Led Sleep

and Wellbeing Specialists-

but most importantly,

we are moms who get it.
