Expectant Parent Sleep Education ($200)

50-minute video session

A time for the expectant parents to ask any questions they may have regarding infant sleep, expectations they have, realistic goals they want to implement or plan for. This can include but is not limited to: sleep science, co-sleeping, safe bedsharing, feeding, self care, attachment parenting goals, sleep progression milestones, postpartum mood disorders etc.

Parental Therapeutic Support ($200)

Counselling therapy to work through any additional concerns of the parent, including but not limited to: coping with the change of parenthood, mental health concerns- anxiety, depression, and/or more in depth parenting support
